Chairman of the board Mr. Salem Abdel Mone'em Burgan announced that the company's net profit after Tax for the year 2008 reached 2.126 Million JOD in comparison with 2.064 Million JOD for the year 2007 with 3% increase; The gross premiums for the company during 2008 reached 13.436 Million JOD in comparison with 11.577 Million JOD for the year 2007 with 16.06% increase; The company's total assets reached 30.289 Million JOD in comparison with 28.451 Million JOD for the year 2007 and share holders equity of 17.384 Million JOD in comparison with 17.779 Million JOD for the year 2007.

The board of directors recommended in their meeting conducted 26/02/2009 to distribute 1,000,000 Million JOD (10%) as cash dividend to Shareholders.
