Our company was established on the 21st. of March 1976, under the title of Jordan Eagle Insurance Company Ltd.  Starting our operations on the 1 st. of July 1976, we offered individual life, casualty and health insurance plans. Today the company is offering plans, various products of individual and group insurance with a strong quality customer-base.

In 1976 we started with (14) employees only, where the caring and family atmosphere strengthened their relationships and work communication. Today our working force exceeds 100 staff members. 

In 1989 the local “RIFCO” Insurance Company was merged with our company to form the new Al-Nisr  Al-Arabi Insurance Company of today.

The Arabic word “Nisr” means “Eagle”  . Our company is maintaining the bird’s name that conveys the major insurance features and benefits of greatness, power and protection.           

In 1998 Al-Nisr raised it’s capital to become Two Million Jordanian Dinars to comply with the Ministry of Trade and Industry. 

Since its foundation , our company was always concerned to adopt the latest scientific techniques and methods in performing our business. Though such scientific methods were neither easy nor speedy in the past , we could always provide our people with advanced manuals to ensure providing comprehensive understanding of the insurance plans by both our employees and clients. 

At present,  the Company is practicing all kinds of Insurance works.  It’s  Directed by Board of Directors consisted of eight members. It’s chairman / General Manager is Engineer Mohammed  A. Jardaneh.

As we realize the important contribution made by the insurance sector to the economy of our country, we know that it is our duty to increase the insurance awareness among the people in Jordan.

Our credibility in business, and the quality of our insurance service throughout the past 25 years , have always been the tools we use to spread the insurance awareness.

We have also made  sure to design  our programs to include savings and investment plans to allow our clients share the return on our investments.

As we realize the importance of health insurance to our clients, we have been offering various group and individual health plans covering many diseases and operations .These plans are designed in cooperation with major medical centers and hospitals throughout the Kingdom.

Our role in the community could not be complete without our attention to providing technical and professional training for our staff.

We know that the new and advanced electronic communication systems of today will speed up the insurance awareness needed among the people of Jordan and the Arab World.

We also believe that customers needs for insurance services will require a highly sophisticated quality of insurance plans and programs in the future.

Therefore, the strategy of our future will be focused on satisfying our clients in Jordan and abroad by maintaining the quality of our service and production.
