Human Resources Officer

Human Resources Officer, is responsible for day-to-day HR operations, and to assist the HR team in all other functions,

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

1- Maintain an up to date employees information on Human Resources Management System.
2- Ensure complete documentation in employees’ personnel files.
3- Manage daily attendance for all employees on the HRMS.
4- Coordinate with Finance Department on issuance of salaries at the end of each month.
5- Conduct HR Orientation for now employees.
6- Prepare certificates or letters related to employees or any other correspondence for the department.
7- Complete any necessary commitment letters.
8- Coordinate any processes related to the cessations of employment as directed by the HR Manager
9- Conduct finance clearances quarterly reconciliation for employees’ financial clearances with the Finance Department.
10- Complete governmental forms and issue related reports upon request.
11- Prepare reports as requested from other departments or the management.
12- Report any errors or system failure related to the HRMS and follow up on resolution.
13- Organize the in-coming and out-going mail of the department.
14- Ensure all files and documents are archived as per the company archiving policy.

Preferred Qualifications:

1- BA degree in Business Administration or any related field
2- Excellent communication skills
3- Excellent English skills (Written & Spoken)
4- Excellent computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel
5- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
