Covers of the Plan

•Geographical region: The whole world

•Repatriation in case of illness or accident

•Repatriation expenses in case of death

•Emergency dental care expenses up to 215 JDs

•Loss, stolen or damaged luggage up to 1100 JDs

•Reimbursement of 1st necessity items in case of delay of delivery for more than 12 hours on the place of destination

•Third party liability

FAQs

  • Can I get a refund for the paid amount in case the embassy refused to grant me the visa?
    Yes, you can but you have to inform us and provide us with all the copies of the policy in addition to the refusal letter from the embassy before the policy inception date.
  • Can I postpone the policy inception date?
    Yes, you can but you have to inform us and bring all the copies of the policy before the inception date of the policy.
  • What should I do if I need urgent assistance?
    Contact "Allianz Assistance immediately" on the phone number 97142708715+ or e-mail International_dept@nextcarehealth.com as the assistance team is available 24/7 at all times, and you only need to provide them with the policy number, your full name, the issue you are facing, and your phone number.
  • Does my policy cover an existing medical condition?
    This policy does not cover any claim resulting directly or indirectly from a pre-existing medical condition.
  • Are the pregnancy cases covered?
    No, pregnancy cases are not covered.
  • Does my policy cover the ski-related cases?
    The transportation in ambulance and medical repatriation are covered under the Travel-Plus and Travel-Extra, whereas the Travel-Schengen policy does include this cover.
  • Does my policy cover luggage?
    Yes, the policy covers lost, stolen, or damaged luggage under the Travel-Plus policies. If you are a Travel-Extra policy holder it will cover lost, stolen, or damaged luggage and the reimbursement of the cost of necessary items in case of delay in delivery for more than 12 hours to the place of residence. As for the Travel-Schengen policy, luggage is not covered.
