Platinum Plan

The Platinum plan includes inpatient and outpatient benefits as follows:

Inpatient cover up to the below limits:
• JD 250,000: maximum lifetime limit
• JD 25,000: maximum per case limit
• JD 2,500: maximum limit for delivery cases including newborn expenses

Outpatient Cover:
• Doctor Visit
• Pharmacy
• Laboratory tests
• X-rays, Ultrasounds, CT scans, MRI, and nuclear medicine tests
• Physiotherapy treatment

Cancer Coverage (Optional):
• JD 10,000 as the maximum limit Or
• JD 20,000 as the maximum limit

Gold Plan

The Gold plan includes inpatient and outpatient benefits as follows:

Inpatient cover up to the below limits:
• JD 250,000: maximum lifetime limit
• JD 25,000: maximum per case limit
• JD 2,500: maximum limit for delivery cases including newborn expenses

Outpatient Cover:
• Laboratory tests

FAQs

  • Will I be reimbursed if I was admitted to a non-designated hospital?
    If the case was urgent, you have to pay the costs directly to the hospital, and then provide us with the detailed medical reports and invoices via e-mail to customerservice@al-nisr.com. Afterwards, you will be reimbursed for the covered medical expenses according to the local tariffs. If the case was not urgent, you will not be reimbursed.
  • Will I be reimbursed for urgent cases outside Jordan?
    For urgent cases outside Jordan, you must pay the costs directly to the hospital, and then provide us with the detailed medical reports and invoices via e-mail to customerservice@al-nisr.com. Afterwards, you will be reimbursed for the covered medical expenses according to the local tariffs.
  • Will I be reimbursed if I visit a non-designated doctor?
    If your outpatient cover is platinum which includes doctor visits, you must pay the costs directly to the non-designated doctor and then submit a claim to be reimbursed according to the local tariffs.
  • Can I make an amendment on my medical policy?
    Yes you can by filling and sending the “amendment request” form via e-mail to customerservice@al-nisr.com before at least two months from the policy renewal date so we can study it. In case the amendment was approved, it will be effective as at the date of the next renewal.
  • Can I add or cancel any of the insured persons under my policy?
    Yes you can by filling the “amendment request” form and send it anytime as long as the policy is in-force.
  • Can I make a regular checkup test to assure my health?
    If your policy includes the outpatient cover, every insured person aged 18 years or above is entitled to the benefit of obtaining one regular checkup during the insurance year which includes medical tests specified in the policy wording and without referral by a doctor.
  • Can I ask for additional forms if all the forms I have were used?
    If you need additional forms, you have to inform us by sending an e-mail to customerservice@al-nisr.com to provide you with additional forms up to the maximum number of forms specified on your policy.
  • How can I renew my policy?
    Your policy is annual and can be renewed with the same or different conditions upon agreement of both parties. We also guarantee you the automatic renewal of this policy until the age of seventy-five if your policy was renewed for five consecutive and continuous years.
  • What should I do if my insurance card was lost?
    In case the insurance card was lost, you have to inform us by sending an e-mail to customerservice@al-nisr.com and fill the “Card Loss” Form, and we will provide you with a new card within maximum 3 working days provided that the fees are paid.
