Al Nisr Al Arabi Insurance Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Amani Siam and Mr. Basem Haddadin to its Board of Directors, effective 18 June 2026.

Ms. Amani Siam brings over 30 years of banking experience, having held senior leadership positions in several Arab countries since the beginning of her career. Her extensive expertise in banking and executive management will contribute to the Company's strategic growth.

Mr. Basem Haddadin is an experienced insurance executive with more than 40 years of experience across the insurance, consulting, and investment sectors. He holds several professional insurance certifications and has served in senior management positions at leading insurance companies in Jordan. He has also served on several boards of directors and was a member of the Jordan Insurance Federation, bringing extensive industry expertise and strategic leadership to the Board.
